Please describe your company and your position there.

I work as the product owner of Project Riom.kg - an actual car market located in Kyrgyzstan that needed to build its' presence in digital as well. I am responsible for the overall vision of the product, including its' mission statement, design, effectiveness and profitability of the product

For what projects/services did your company hire Mirsoft?

One of the most important challenges/metrics was to increase the number of sales alongside the number of users and private ads for car selling/reselling.

On the first stage of customer development, we discovered the main problem of key customers - car dealers that published their ads of vehicles on similar websites but couldn't sell them.

What were your goals for this project?

To develop an online platform to sell and resell vehicles with iOS and Android platform with the best user experience and acquire more traffic and sales

How did you select this vendor?

We searched the supplier with the best ration of 'quality - the price'.The deciding factor was the recommendation from an authoritative figure in the field of IT in Kyrgyzstan

Describe the project in detail.

Overall scope - to create an aggregation platform with the most extensive database of private advertisements for buying and selling cars, vehicles throughout Kyrgyzstan.

My role in the project was to communicate with the team and the investors to merge our vision, conduct user interviews, plan a strategic vision and creating and maintaining business model/concept outlines

What was the team composition?

Overall, the team of 10 people was involved from the very start, including project manager and mobile app developers. Yes, the size of the team has changed over time, we hired a product owner and digital marketer to handle ads campaign

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Aggregation includes all social networks & online platforms & offline car markets 100 000 users per month 75 000+ downloads

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective - they responded immediately upon any comment. The good thing is that both apps were developed using native languages which allow the team to fix any bug on mobile apps

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mirsoft provides a combination of a strong skillset and a speedy delivery due to a very young and very responsive team

Are there any areas for improvement?

We systematically work on improving the functionality, testing and further monetization of the product, including banner placement on the website for companies and becoming #1 app in Kyrgyzstan Mirsoft also provides Riom.kg with significant support in digital marketing, FB ads

I'm the CEO of Krysha Mobile LLC, a real estate company specialized in selling ad reselling apartments through private ads for real estate agencies and individuals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mirsoft?

We needed help with mobile app development for iOS and Android and website development.

What were your goals for this project?

To develop a fully operating website and mobile apps both for Android and iOS from scratch. It was a marketplace of private ads for the whole of Kyrgyzstan.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us by a former client of theirs who is a mutual acquaintance.

We held four initial meetings, during which we hired a product owner who conducted customer development interviews with more than 100 potential clients. After that, they took three months fr to develop a website and then the applications.

What was the team composition?

There was an iOS developer, an Android developer, a backend developer, two frontend developers, the product owner, and a project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the website and apps, we've acquired more than 17,000 users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager handled all the work and communication with us in a timely manner, promptly giving us feedback and responses to our comments.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They effectively adopted a scrum methodology to perform multitasking during the workflow, including bug fixing, region settings, and other features.

Everything can be done faster, but overall we have a very good impression of them.
