The team at Mirazon is extremely helpful and keeps communication in terms that are easily understood, even for individuals that are not well versed with technology. The team assigned to my account has always been available when needed and keeps me well informed of any changes that need to be enabled in our environment.

We started working with Mirazon in 2018 looking for a partner who could help us make smart choices as we modernized our equipment and processes. Our first project was cleaning up our existing tech closet, some intense cable management, and the install of a new firewall, switches, and wireless access points. After the success of our initial project they replaced our aging server in 2019 which was complicated by the fact that we were in the midst of a major software changeover for our main member management platform and had to be able to access our old and new systems in the same environment. This entire process was more seamless than I would have thought possible. In 2020 we focused on remote work (as did everyone else) and Mirazon helped us select the best tools to allow secure access for our staff when not in the office. In 2021 we started the process of moving to managed services, beginning with their Managed Firewall offering and in 2022 we added Managed Network, upgraded much of the equipment installed in 2018 as well as implementing MFA for all of our end users. This project in particular was brought about by new requirements for our Cyber Liability insurance and was on an extremely tight timeline that would not have been possible without their help and efficient scheduling. 2023 into 2024 brought an office move for our business and Mirazon was instrumental in planning and executing this transition with minimal downtime, helping us plan which equipment to replace, what we could pre-stage before the actual move, and when to make the cutover in order to have the smallest possible impact. Their help on the ground was essential to getting our new office ready so that our staff could hit the ground running in the new space on day one. In 2025 we signed on to Co-Managed Services which takes significant pressure off our in-house tech team by helping automate everyday tasks and giving access to a suite of tools and additional support staff for any issues that arise.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our overarching goals in working with Mirazon have been to be more secure and more efficient. The implementation of the solutions recommended to us over the last 8 years have helped to keep our data and systems safe against intrusions and this work is ongoing. These solutions and their continued guidance and support have also enabled our tech team to spend less time dealing with equipment problems and outside threats and more time on data and analytics to help our organization grow and use our resources wisely.

Mirazon has always been extremely responsive and jobs completed on time or early. They are also ready and willing to step in on projects with tight deadlines and help get us over the finish line when something unexpected comes up. Communication is easy via both phone and email and I can always count on a quick response.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The breadth and depth of knowledge thoughrout their staff is amazing. I know no matter the problem I'm facing there will be someone there who can either get me the answer or point me to the person on their team who can get that answer. I am also impressed by their commitment to furthering tech education not just for their clients but for the community through monthly lunch & learn events and their involvement with community organizations and events that seek to make our city a better place.

I have zero complaints and have been a happy customer for almost a decade now, looking forward to many years to come!

I’m the IT administrator of a company that manufactures high-quality, innovative garage doors for residential and commercial use, focusing on exceptional design, durability, and customer service.

We needed help with a complete replacement and migration of our networking and server infrastructure, including servers, shared storage, backup software, and wireless networking.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mirazon provided a complete overhaul of the aging and dated technology throughout our main location and data center and each of our five distribution centers across the US. The team delivered new hardware, including servers, shared storage, switches, firewalls, access points, VMware software, Veeam software, installation, configuration, and ongoing support.

How did you come to work with Mirazon?

We met Mirazon at a VMware user group meeting. We chose them over other IT service providers because they were a great culture fit, had good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

We worked with Mirazon from October 2023–October 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Mirazon replaced each distribution center's hardware, including firewalls, switches, and access points. The hardware being replaced was end-of-life and not current with standard practices. Each distribution center was configured and standardized to use VLANs and policies. We also noted less downtime and faster speeds.

How did Mirazon perform from a project management standpoint?

Mirazon delivered on time. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

No matter what employee was involved, everyone knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be completed.

Our work with Mirazon resulted in several measurable improvements: our staff experienced faster and more reliable internet connectivity across the entire office, 15 new computers were fully deployed and operating without issues, our team transitioned smoothly to our updated .org domain, and our Google Workspace management became more efficient after moving to Google as the direct vendor. These upgrades improved staff productivity, reduced technical downtime, and strengthened overall operational capacity for our literacy and after-school programs.

Specifically, internet-related interruptions dropped by an estimated 60%, allowing staff to stay connected during tutoring prep, data entry, and program coordination. Staff onboarding time decreased by 40% because 15 new computers were pre-configured and ready for immediate use. Email and file access issues decreased significantly after transitioning to Google Workspace as the direct vendor, reducing support tickets by roughly 50%. Overall staff productivity improved, with team members reporting faster load times, fewer glitches during virtual meetings, and smoother coordination between program sites.

I’m the office manager at Modern Chiropractic and Injury , a healthcare company. We provide chiropractic care, focusing on addressing symptoms and underlying health issues through a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mirazon?

We needed all new computers and a security and encryption setup. We were essentially starting from the beginning and needed to build an efficient and secure network.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mirazon set up our secure firewall, network, and Microsoft features. They also created professional work email addresses, a new server, and workstations. Additionally, they set up CrowdStrike encryption and user support.

We worked with two teammates from Mirazon.

How did you come to work with Mirazon?

I met their representative at a networking group I’m involved in. Mirazon was able to help me immediately in a crisis when others had left me struggling to regain control over my hacked email address. That’s why we chose them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the first project in May 2024 and finished the last piece of the puzzle in April 2025. We had several different projects since we did it in chunks that were affordable to our business.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything started working the way it should, and we became efficient. I no longer struggle with tech issues; I just call my engineer at Mirazon. They made it easy. In fact, there were a couple of integration issues, but the team solved them before I even knew about them.

How did Mirazon perform from a project management standpoint?

Mirazon’s project management was good. Their responses were near-immediate with both of my contacts. Anytime I had a question or problem, I reached out to my tech, and he would remote in and fix it or guide me through fixing it. We communicated via Microsoft Teams and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They helped us plan for the future and ensured that our next 5–10 years are computer problem-free.
