What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Time to process a sale from quotation, sales order, delivery, to invoie has been cut in half
• Inventory count used to take 4 hours, it now takes 2 hours
• The efficiency gained form having all legacy processes on 4 systems onto 1 system cannot be quantified
  All this is thanks to MindPhin

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Delivered on time. During the data migration phase, they worked relentlessly to ensure a successful go live of Odoo. From there, they were always available to work through existing issues as they arised until we were running on Odoo smoothly. 

From testing to go-live it was about a months time. Go-live lasted about 4 days, and the clean up after lasted about 2 months with hiccups once a week. 
Now we are running smoothly, and will move forward with automations later this year. That is Phase 2.

He's truly an expert in business processes and their customizations to your organization's needs. 
What I find most impressive is his expertise, capability, and relentless work ethic. 

I enjoy working with him and MindPhin, and look forward to continuing our business relationship as MindPhin helps our organization drive efficiency. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindphin Technologies Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Mindphin can improve their expertise in Accounting and Financials. They help you get the job done, but if there can be a focus on setting up financials before go live and tailoring accounting processes to be set in stone before golive that would make golive and transitioning much easier. 
If MindPhin had a partner or a dedicated employee that is an expert in financials the way Ashvinbhai is in operations, MindPhin could go to the next level of catering to organizations like ours. 
It's not entirely their fault, Odoo as a system lacks ease of customizations and use for Accounting because Odoo constantly breaks things that don't need to be fixed whilst trying to fix them.
