we have already raised 250'000 swiss francs for developing this project due to the fact that the prototype and developing was in such high quality to show to the investors

You can tell that the people who work there really enjoy their work and are passionate about it. This is the case throughout, from the designer to the project manager to the boss in terms of the business model. They really are a great support for us. Unlike other IT companies that just rip off their customers for profit.

They not only have theoretical experience, but have also successfully launched several start-ups themselves. This is also a big plus point.

Not really no. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

The entire project team was incredibly responsive from beginning to end and patiently guided us through the process. 

As the project progressed, we dealt with different team members and their diverse skill sets, from the strategy workshop to UX Design, then the developement and product team, and finally a senior UX writer. Each team was incredible and continued to impress us with their passion, expertise, and professionalism. They were fantastic!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everyone I dealt with is truly THE expert on any given topic. They are also incredibly passionate about what they do, which makes it a lot of fun to work with them. They aren't going through the motions, they are very invested!

In particular the UX design was an absolute blast. Sara and Patti did amazing work and we were so impressed at how quickly they "got" our project. Bravo, ladies!

Are there any areas for improvement or something mindnow AG could have done differently?

We used a lot of different platforms for communication, and sometimes I lost the overview of where I had received what (when trying to search for a certain document or comment, etc.). But this wasn't an actual problem and if I couldn't find something (which happened maybe 3 times?) Kaja and the rest of the team were really patient and would just share it with us again:)

Mindnow developed a new webshop for Apeiron (The ASH Butcher Shop) integrated with the CRM and ERP system and SimplyDelivery to automate the whole flow from buying the meat to receiving it fresh at home. Around 100.000 €. 6 Sprints / 12 weeks in the year of 2022.

Personally, I was really impressed by their solution-orientation - everything we imagined and needed could be implemented. Mindnow was setting the right vision, proposed the right approach, and implemented it successfully in collaboration with us.

Communication could have been more transparent at some points. To mitigate this shortcoming, Mindnow implemented their own tool CycleReport to automate sprint reports and add more transparency for their clients.
