We’ve never felt that unnecessary hours were billed, and responses have always been prompt. Our needs are addressed quickly, which is crucial for our business, as unresolved issues pose significant risks the longer they remain unresolved.

The only issue we encountered was during the takeover of one of our software projects, where the assigned developer from Milies initially struggled to align with our internal team member regarding the required adjustments. There was a communication gap that temporarily necessitated the involvement of another service provider to bridge the understanding. However, over time, Milies was able to fully grasp our requirements, enabling them to take over the project entirely.

Apart from this isolated incident, the collaboration has been excellent. We have been working together for a long time now, and we want to highlight the competence and dedication of the Milies team. New team members who joined the projects have shown great commitment, frequently responding and resolving issues even late at night. Millies had to take a partially built application built on ABP framework and build out the addional feature that were require to operate in the construction sector. We provided the scope of the project and wireframes. Version 1 had the core elements of the plaform which will be expanded upon in due course. The ABP framework is mobile friendly, but we will also require a mobile app buil in react native. They have previously build out a mobile app for us in react and should be no issue. Milies also set up the Dev Ops for the platform on AWS.

The project was delivered ahead of schedule and much of that must go down to the Project Manager and QA. They were on call should we ever required them and it was a very positive experience. We only ever liased with Anna and Edik, which was very reassuring on our side.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to boost our team with an astounding rate, the team had a very steep learning curve and are curently providing the same output as any other one of our internal teams.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We are working via TFS (Azure Devops), Teams and Outlook to prioritise work, communicate and code. The team is part of our Agile/Scrum proccess, participating in the sprints and all surounding ceremonies.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The steep learning curve, the willingness to learn and contribute to our internal processes. The dedication level of the team is admirable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of, we are very happy with our cooperation.
