Midland MSP is a managed IT services provider based in Decatur, Illinois, founded by Brentyn Ricker and Jerald Worthington to fix a problem small businesses kept running into: real IT help that does not require enterprise budgets or vague promises. We deliver managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and cloud administration, network support, and helpdesk services under a single fixed monthly contract.

Plans are billed per user or per device at a flat monthly rate set during scoping, with no surprise invoices or per-ticket charges. First response targets are one business hour for normal tickets and fifteen minutes for critical outages, with 24/7 monitoring across every managed environment. Clients reach engineers directly, not a tiered support queue routed through account managers.
