The scope of work covered the full app development process from start to finish. Microknot handled requirement clarification, technical planning, and app architecture before moving into development. They built the core app features, integrated third-party services where needed, and ensured the app worked smoothly on different devices.

Key deliverables included a fully functional mobile application, clean and well-structured code, basic documentation, and multiple testing rounds to fix bugs and improve performance. They also supported revisions based on feedback and helped prepare the app for launch and future updates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app was delivered on time and met all the functional requirements we agreed on at the start of the project. Performance was stable, with no major bugs after launch, and the app ran smoothly across devices.

We also saw improved user engagement during testing, faster load times compared to the earlier version, and a smoother overall user experience. Most importantly, the app was ready to scale, which gave us confidence to move forward with future updates and enhancements.
