Not yet. However, the team members provided by micro1 have been extremely responsive and generally highly talented in app development.

Overall the deliverables are good. Besides we did not discuss the coding tool well in the beginning so we have to spend time to convert them.

We used Slack and email to schedule zoom call if needed. They worked just good.

They were very responsive and flexible, thinking by the customer.

If the service can be divided into week basis instead of monthly basis it will be even better.

We interviewed several contenders and selected micro1 based on a combination of cost, attractiveness of past work samples, and responsiveness to our inquiries.

We submitted a functionality wish list for our site. Within just a day or so, micro1 pulled together a proposal. From there, we had a planning meeting to hash out details, and periodically we reviewed pieces of the build as it came together. We then had a launch meeting, and we are now cleaning up final details in preparation for going live.

After negotiating the work terms with the owner/founder, we communicated with a team lead as our primary point of contact. Sakshi has been a pleasure to work with and has been very responsive throughout.

Not yet- but that is entirely because of our end. We operate this organization in addition to our full-time jobs, so it has taken us longer than we hoped to roll out a national launch. This should not reflect poorly on micro1- they have moved much more quickly than us.

Communication was regular, but PRN. They kept us very up-to-date on their progress, and we met as needed to make adjustments to the site.

Their responsiveness. We were never left in limbo when we had questions or requests. They responded very quickly throughout the process!

Not really- the hardest part was keeping up with them!
