We ordered the project development and Power BI system implementation for the company plus personal dashboards developing. My KPIs on dashboard now are available from any point in the world with laptop or phone so it is really timesaving for the decision making. Metamorphosis has imported our data from CRM. ERP, to show the neccessary KPIs in one place and in clear way. I can check the analytics and even creat new dashboards on the base of the implemented project

 Metamorphosis helped to implement the BI project to track the efficiency of our working activity from marketing to finance. Easy checking and daily reports helped to grow sales by 30% and develop more client-oriented service. It also saves much time and affects the goals meeting.

The project included the design and development of a complex digital health ecosystem tailored to women’s hormone and reproductive healthcare. The scope covered the creation of patient-facing and operational systems, including user onboarding, secure account management, lab workflow integration, doctor reporting workflows, and personalized result delivery.

Key deliverables included:

•  Development of a scalable backend architecture and cloud infrastructure Integration between CRM, webshop, and laboratory systems
•  Creation of patient and admin workflows for test registration, tracking and result management
•  Development of doctor-facing reporting and interpretation workflows
• Implementation of privacy-focused system architecture with separation of sensitive medical and identity data
• Support for future scalability, automation, and regulatory readiness within GCC healthcare markets
•  The engagement also included ongoing technical consulting, architecture planning, and iterative refinement of workflows as the platform evolved.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project enabled us to move from early concept and workflow planning into a functional pre-launch infrastructure for our digital health platform. Key systems and integrations were successfully designed and implemented, including patient onboarding flows, webshop connectivity, CRM integration, secure backend architecture, and core operational workflows. 
The work also helped establish a scalable technical foundation capable of supporting future growth, automation, and regulatory requirements in the GCC healthcare market. As a result, we were able to accelerate preparation for launch, improve operational efficiency across multiple workflows, and create a more structured and secure experience for both patients and healthcare providers.
Additionally, the collaboration supported ongoing refinement of product logic, reporting workflows, and system architecture as the platform evolved from MVP planning into execution.

The Metamorphosis team demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement. Communication was clear and structured, and the team remained highly responsive to evolving requirements, technical discussions, and workflow refinements as the project progressed.
Given the complexity of building a healthcare platform with multiple integrations and regulatory considerations, there were naturally some timeline adjustments and evolving scope requirements along the way. However, the team consistently remained collaborative, solution-oriented, and committed to finding practical ways to move the project forward.
They were particularly strong in technical problem-solving, architecture discussions, and adapting to changing operational needs while maintaining a professional and supportive working relationship. Overall, they felt like a true technology partner rather than just an outsourced development team!

what stood out most was the team’s ability to operate as a highly collaborative and adaptive partner rather than a typical outsourced development company. Their internal coordination was impressive! communication between technical, project management, and leadership teams felt very aligned and efficient, which made complex discussions move quickly. They were consistently responsive, fast-moving, and highly engaged throughout the project.
As the platform evolved and requirements became more complex, they adapted quickly, remained solution-oriented, and were willing to work through challenges collaboratively instead of taking a rigid approach. We also appreciated their strong technical depth and their willingness to deeply understand the operational and regulatory realities of digital healthcare rather than only focusing on software delivery.
The team was supportive throughout the process, proactive in discussions, and genuinely invested in helping us build a scalable long-term solution.

We genuinely had a very positive experience working with the Metamorphosis team. They were responsive, collaborative, adaptable, and highly supportive throughout the project. Even as the scope evolved and the technical complexity increased, they remained committed and solution-oriented. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project met all the requirements, and was completed within time and budget. Our team productivity improved immediately. We have been able to expand the scope of our responsibilities without increasing the size of the team. We can now also work more intelligently with our documentation. The robust system has also allowed us to handle challenges quickly and effectively.

The continuing excellent service from Metamorphosis has kept us running well.Metamorphosis have also made a number of improvements since the initial project.

The project manager was very good at understanding the issues, and delivered on time. We particularly appreciated that they rarely accepted solutions that we proposed; they applied their minds and counter-proposed better solutions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

TLDR: They used our outline spec to create a user-friendly and robust custom interface. For our custom document handling interface, we provided an outline specification. Metamorphosis not only implemented the specification, but they also added all the small, helpful HMI elements that makes the interface a pleasure to use. These elements were not included in our outline specification. They also added error checking and messages to make the system robust.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Metamorphosis could have done differently?

Where issues arose, Metamorphosis  was quick to understand them and adjust accordingly.
