We have a SaaS platform developed offshore for the coaching industry that was started in 2013. Merkat has worked with us to bring the platform up to code. We are a small firm with limited budget and Merkat has worked with us graciously. We always feel like we are their most important client. Working capital has been difficult over the past six months due income channels which were supposed to materialize, and will, but haven't.

Everyone we've worked with has been great. It feels like you are sitting down with family and we are 12,000 miles away in two different worlds. There are always some cross cultural communication issues in situations like this. Merkat does a wonderful job of managing these, which DO NOT happen often.

Language is always a factor. It cannot be helped. I personally don't have a problem understanding staff. Some US, UK, clients may, but perhaps we should learn Hindu..... Absolutely no complaints.
