The new website significantly improved how we present our work and services. We’ve received very positive feedback from clients and partners regarding the design and overall user experience. Internally, one of the biggest improvements is that our team can now easily manage and update the website in Webflow without relying on developers, which saves time and allows us to publish new projects much faster.

They were EXTREMELY responsvie. We had a slack channel where they organized all feedback. We had a great cadence going and any questions were attended to almost immediately. I have never seen that level of account support.

Their communication and ability to take feedback and implement changes. Whenever we ran into something we didn't like or wanted changed, they understood and fixed it in one go. We really appreciated the fast responses and quick turnarounds.

The only item that was rushed was the QA portion for the website. The launch felt rushed. They were amazing at tackling all bugs and getting it fixed within 48 hours, but would have liked to have some of that polish done before we caught it.

• Brand foundation: basic brand package (logo, typography, refreshed blue/green palette with a more “bank-like” feel).
• Investor dashboard (“D-Up”): information architecture + user flows for three investment paths (different risk/return profiles), medium-fidelity wireframes to validate flows, then high-fidelity UI and a clickable prototype. Core UX focus was “one-click” investing with clear, upfront terms and risk disclosure.
• Marketing website: a Webflow site to explain the model simply and build trust across clinics/patients/investors, with clear “before vs after” framing and product showcase/roadmap sections.

It started with a discovery phase and branding work, where Merge helped us define a new visual direction and created our logo and brand assets. Next, they handled the full UX/UI design in Figma, mapping out a large number of pages, from public-facing content like our Program and Alumni sections to complex, member-only resources. A critical part of the scope was designing the integrations with our Coda database for things like alumni lists, events, and job openings. Finally, they managed the complete Webflow development, building out all the pages and integrating the database functionality.

The main outcome is a high-quality website that accurately represents our brand. We successfully launched the new site at the beginning of this year. A key success was meeting our tight deadlines, even when we encountered some complex technical challenges with integrating our database.

Earlier alignment on responsibilities/timelines around the middle-layer content integration would have reduced back-and-forth. Overall, we've been pleased with the partnership and the results. We continue to work with Merge, bringing them back for the development of additional pages and features.

They also provided dedicated product design support to help structure and visualize collaborative workshop frameworks. In order to package and present the product, Merge's web team designed a stunning marketing site, implemented with Webflow.

Merge Rocks delivered high-quality, thoughtful design work across all initiatives. Their VR design approach successfully addressed the complexities of UI in 3D space, and their novel handoff methods were effective for the Unity developers to implement high quality features in the experience. The design team from Merge were fully integrated into our team ceremonies and were a valuable part of our team's success in creating a new concept for the immersive platform.

Since then, they have continued to support us with other marketing materials, including designing our investor pitch presentation.
