I am the Founder of an online platform which connects investors with real estate investment opportunities globally. We are an ambitious start-up which is built on a strong belief system of offering convenience and efficiency to the real estate players and to the ultimate end buyer

We hired Mercury for lead generation campaigns in India and UAE; this was a major part of our launch strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

We set ourselves an aim of BETA testing the business model through effective set up of our initial framework for digital and in-person outreach.

We selected Mercury through a selective pitch process involving 5 agencies in the UAE and India. Their ideas and understanding of the needs of our stakeholders was spot on.

We were able to achieve our weekly lead generation targets within 4 weeks of going live. We have been able to improve our CPLs by close to 70%.

Extremely convenient interactions despite the time difference and Covid related workflow challenges.

Aavas Foundation is a registered public trust entrusted with fulfillment for CSR obligations of Aavas Financiers, a housing finance company. I am a program officer at Aavas Foundation and I am engaged in research, policy, and program development.

To launch a high-level website for Aavas Foundation, to showcase the Foundation's efforts globally.

The project was focused on creating a website for Aavas Foundation which would help to communicate all the efforts and impact of the Foundation with the world at large.

What was the team composition?

Two persons were involved to collaborate and communicate with the client. Another technical person was also involved.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website has turned out to be very good!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There were certain barriers which hampered effective communication. Sometime, lack of responsiveness and openness was felt from Mercury's part when our team expressed genuine concerns or suggestions. The person entrusted with communication was a bit cold and rude in behavior.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Precision in content, picture selection and filtering pictures which made them look better

Understanding what the client wants, empathizing with the client, behaviour towards the client.
