Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm COO in Klub Aktywnych. We do fitness trainings online for people aged 60+.

For what projects/services did your company hire MENTAX Software, and what were your goals?

We had a big problem to solve. We wanted to automate 90% of our offering process. To connect co-operators and clients and the platform and have everything in one place. Ad we did it! Mentax Software did :-)

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Mentax Software as a partner of startups contests. They had a great story and their prices are more than welcome for the early stage companies. Also the communication form the beginning was human-oriented - that is a BIG THING in the software company.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We did dedicated CRM for Klub Aktywnych together. From the very beginning there was a UX workshop and it was brilliant to understand what are we going to do, how to build the solution. Then we were asked to write down our main purposes. And then Mentax Software told us how they are going to help us.

And it was that what we need. First of all we get the solution for the client support area. Second step was the platform for meeting management. At the end we connect our partners and co-operators with Software and since then the process of online meetings is fully automated.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 people in the core team plus project manager. At different stages of the process we get also UX designer, testers and other support needed in project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Well, we automated the whole process of our online training meetings. Clients can do it by one click. Co-operators gets their links via e-mail. Partners are connected with API. What is more important - the solution is really easy to navigate - our product is dedicated to people over 60. So imagine that Mentax Software can built the technology for seniors!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

That is a standard to have dedicated PM. But PM who responses your needs, who ask direct and correct questions, and who can deal with problems and care about feelings - that is an add value of cooperation with Mentax Software. We were using Jira and Meet and Google Calendar. Nothing special. But with special treatment :-)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That's something we need to underline. The human-oriented process is really rare in software houses. I am more than cared for. Regular online meetings, 12 hours responding system, questions about feelings and moods, clear communication and smiles on the team faces - that makes me want to work together more.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From the very beginning we write down what we want to have. Mentax Software offered us a workshop. We didn't agree and asked for a solution compliant with the guidelines. And that was our mistake. We wanted to build our product faster and chipper. When we get it that was obvious it need to be improved because we didn't predict many options. And then we decided to trust Mentax Software Process starting with workshop and UX. And that was our best decision ever.
