They built initially the website (bestkids.ro) and after that the mobile version of it, integrated our financial and warehouse management system (Winmentor), developed the ERP for products, orders, inventory, reports, marketing modules like newsletter, banners management, campaigns, landing pages and so on. They integrated our site on different marketplaces using API technologies and developed different services and automation for inventory syncing, feeds and API updates.

Increasing number of orders, simplified product listing and increasing number of products, stability for a large number of users on our website, ability to process many orders from many partners in a short time

Items were delivered on time or if we needed changes or improvements they understood and made them fast, always giving us feedback and recommendations for our needs.

We are building Guinea’s first tech-forward health care platform connecting patients with medical providers anywhere, anytime, to save time, money, and lives!

For what projects/services did your company hire mejix, and what were your goals?

We had just launched our telehealth company, with need for a first-version health services app and member card. Without ready staff of our own, we were looking for someone with deep UI/UX strategy and development knowledge, to help ideate and build out the necessary software.

Past work with on another project had gone exceedingly well which gave us the confidence to select Mejix for this new project.

The goal was to build a technology that connects patients and medical professionals anywhere, anytime across sub-Saharan Africa. We knew we needed a mobile-only approach, accommodating multi-stakeholder multi-language on/offline use with high data privacy controls.

Mejix provided best-fit user journey and technology framework options, set up the project team, and designed and build our software.

Himself a developer (which was super helpful), Mejix assigned a project manager available throughout the project, as well as a backend-team including a designer and full-stack developers.

Since launch of our app and card, we have reached and diagnosed 5,000+ patients.

Mejix was great in accommodating our geographically dispersed team (Africa, Europe, USA) via regular stand-ups, email, Slack, WhatsApp, and text. This allowed us to stay productive regardless of timezone differences.

From the founders team down, Mejix thinks ahead of our curve, protects us from costly mistakes, and gets to the finish line on time and a budget.

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

With the new site, the requests for offers have increased, respectively we have considerably improved the branding activity.

mejix team was intelligent and communicative with my staff and me. When we find a problem or a bug, they will get to work on it right away until issue is resulved.

Communication and the ratio between quality, language (English) and service, while still charging very compataive prices. Price is a third of the cost in the US.

The project is ungoing, so far we have been happy with the results.
