The primary task was the end-to-end development of a game launched as a Telegram Mini App. The entire technical scope — from architecture and backend to frontend and testing — was entrusted to the me.develop team. This included optimization, security, and server infrastructure. We’re very satisfied with the implementation, as we managed to successfully launch a large, well-optimized product in a short time, which is now running smoothly and has already attracted a million-strong audience.

We needed more than 20 apps to be developed each in terms of the deadlines that we set. Regarding that, we have separated teams, and different time zones' but communication was good. me.develop managed backend development; we managed the Unity team, but with time, me.d started to manage this cooperation between teams.

We appreciate me.develop studio for their involvement in a project, advice and services as specialists. Max has a strong knowledge base and great leadership skills. These two combination allowed us to invest more with him and his teams to develop more features and products.

Me.develop also has a very sound technical skills, and translated our ideas into great products.

The biggest challenge though, with any project, was sticking to a timeline with constant request to modify and add new things. Me.develop did a great job accommodating our needs and changes, while sticking to an agreed upon timeline.

Lastly, me.develop builds things right, and don't take shortcuts. While some features could have been delivered earlier with less things in them, the additional efforts by me.develop has paid off multiple times. The flexibility added to these features with the foresight from me.develop has resulted in much more significant time-saving and cost-saving.
