I’m a business head of a casino games online platform.

What challenges were you trying to address with Meander Software Pvt Ltd?

We needed help to develop and design a website for our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed and designed a website for us. The website is for one of our clients, and it’s a platform that allows users to play casino games. They developed everything from scratch using Vue.js for the frontend and Node.Js and Angular for the backend.

What was the team composition?

I work closely with one developer only and an executive from their team.

A close friend referred them to me and introduced me to the owners. I heard that they had worked with important and international clients, so they had a good reputation and extensive experience. I decided on working with them because I was confident and impressed with their team.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent around $8,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site is already live, and I haven’t had any issues with it — it’s been working great.

How did Meander Software Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

The project manager is organized, helpful, willing to solve any questions or requests I could have, and has never missed a deadline. We would talk about the functionalities they would enable in the morning, and that same day he’d provide me with them, so he’d take all of the commitments they’d made very seriously. In terms of communication, we mainly use Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everyone involved in the project is polite and energetic. As we started with this project during the pandemic, everyone worked from home, but they wouldn’t hesitate to work extra hours. They always try their best to understand my needs and to be pending on any requests on my end.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I’m honestly impressed and happy with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide them with precise requirements since the beginning of the project; you must have a basic idea of your needs.
