I had a number of Zoom calls with Ismael Kabore to help clarify the project, which was to expand a questionnaire from another vendor to be more interactive and qualitative.  The scoring was tricky, as ties needed specific attention.  The report was also tricky, as it is personalized for each person's score.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Had set up a new interface on my website that had been under construction.

Ismaeal also helped when my previous web designer did not know how to migrate my website.

Ismael was helpful, he ensure the scop of the project did not get too big, and was realistic in the amount of work what I was talking about would take.  As I had not yet earned any income, Ismael was helpful in giving a split payment and not having it be overly expensive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were knowledgable and helpful, demonstrating that the company I had employed to design my website did not have the capacity to undertake a website migration.  I was glad Ismael was there to help!

Are there any areas for improvement or something MDCOSS could have done differently?

I think the discussions we had were appropriate, as it helped me scale down my expectations for the work I could afford at the time it was undertaken.  Overall, I think it was a respectful professional interaction.
