We had an original website but needed to create a new version.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped to duplicate our website. They also worked on the customization and localization. They used WordPress, WooCommerce, and AWS. They did most of the development.

There were 2-3 developers.

How did you come to work with Mckinley & Rice Inc.?

I was a technical advisor for another company when I met them. I chose them for this project because we were on a very tight schedule and they take responsibility for projects. I decided to reach out to them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–July 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m satisfied with their work. They do their best to deliver what the client asks. We were on a tight schedule and the most important thing was to have fast delivery and they succeeded in that respect.

How did Mckinley & Rice Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They would send me messages as frequently as they could. They usually answer the phone even if it’s late or on the weekend. They met our tight deadline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did a good job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

They work better if you specify your requirements.
