I was very unsatisfied with the outcome. I needed a workable website, and I didn't get that.

How did McCaplan Consulting Group perform from a project management standpoint?

We ended on bad terms. McCaplan Consulting Group claimed they did the work, but I did all the work. I was charged for marketing that I didn't ask for or use. The social media posts were basic and not aligned with my designs. They didn't change the fonts or do the website work I hired them for. We communicated via email.

There was nothing impressive about them.
