IUPKEEP is a startup condominium management agency striving for excellence and ensures their client’s success and the well-being of their properties.

For what projects/services did your company hire Matsites, and what were your goals?

The company needed a landing page to boost its online presence. Along with a portal where property owners can find any new information, bills & new meetings about their property.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

With Matsites' help, they designed & developed a beautiful website with its required features such as their My Profile tab for condomini users to find bills along with any new meetings right on the website.

We had discussed what needed to be done and our requirements. From there on Matsites started sending us some inspiration for our site to make it stand out from the rest. After we told them what we liked, what we didn't & our green colour scheme they immediately went to work to create a rough design. After a little back and forth between our assigned developer, in only a few weeks we had a design ready to go! It was then up to Matsites to start developing the site. After a few revisions we had a fully working site with all our requested features in place. What we love is they also helped on SEO and taught us about Google's own business platform with no extra other fees.

We had one team member who was a designer and developer who stuck with us for the whole project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After our site was launched we started to see more quote requests on our site and also had something not many condominium management companies have, a profile page for every condomini so that immediately gave us a more of a professional look to clients.

We were always informed of any updates made on our website. Matsites always stuck to deadlines and published a month earlier than expected due to them being so fast at delivering the final product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we noticed from other local web agencies was that they connect with us on a level that we aren't just a client for them but a partner and what struck us most was they're pricing. They're less expensive than other web agencies, but they still deliver high quality work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When the website was first published there were a few contact form emailing issues that were tackled in just a few hours after contacting Matsites with the issue.
