Matsio is one of the best vendors we worked with. They did not just take requirements or designs but even enhanced the work. For example, if there was an oversight or issue in the design, they simply fixed it at their end. All the calls with Matsio were consultative in terms of what were alternate options and suggestions from them on the recommended option. Finally, they did a proper handover in terms of knowledge transfer on how to use the CMS on an ongoing basis.
