Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Marketing Manager of FlexifyMe. FlexifyMe is an online Yoga studio.

For what projects/services did your company hire Marketyme, and what were your goals?

We hired Marketyme to manage our entire Digital Marketing Strategy, but with the focus to generate leads for our sales team.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came to know them from a colleague in Dubai that worked with their Google Ads manager as a freelancer but now with Marketyme. We had a call me and the co founder of Flexifyme and we came to a long term agreement.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

After establishing a contractual relationship, Marketyme asked access to our platforms, Google Ads Accounts, Facebook Ad Accounts, Microsoft Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, Analytic, Hotjar and also created a slack account for communication. We then provided the creatives, had a study meeting of our audience and our expectations, and also budget discussion. Then Ads were up and running and started getting leads to our CRM.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We are in touch with the Accounts Manager, he is conveying every information back and fourth. He's coordinating with the Ads Managers which need we have. We always have Google Meeting with the entire team of Social Media Ads Manager and Search Engine Ads Manager in case we have an offer we would like to have an input about.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Well, the first quarter with Marketyme, our revenue increased by 178%. We were a startup and we were really happy to see this type of growth in no time. At the moment, they're our only source of business as they run our Ads and generate every single lead that our sales team works on.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have daily Zoom or Google Meetings with the Accounts manager to discuss the previous day leads quality of the leads so that there can be optimization if needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are actually reliable and communicative compared to others we worked with before. Besides, before we started working them, our CPA was 4 to 6 times higher than our current CPA.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I personally did not come across anything that we would want to improve. They're pretty good, honestly.
