We need an agency to manage our social media pages to promote brand awareness, ad boosting as well as content creation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We feel that the rates are reasonable and they have offered very good service. The key account personnel is very patient and willing to listen to customer's feedback.

As our page begin from scratch, the team has taken great pain to understand our products and making sure that our objectives are met. Despite many challenges, Pair and team have demonstrated patience and professionalism throughout the engagement. They are also very prompt in their replies and always very willing to go the extra mile for us.

We worked with Pair, account manager and her team of designer and content writers.

We have grown a good number of engagements and fans over the months after we started the ad buy campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective as they response very promptly and try to solve any problems that have surfaced. They also gave us feedback on how we can improve the contents and strategies.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very willing to listen and tried their best to produce good, quality work. Pair is a very sweet lady and did not lose her temper even when the client is breathing down her neck. Very commendable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Ad buy report can be improved to show more transparency. We would like to see statistic and graph from the system if possible.

we have communicated with their team at least once a week to update our project and any promotion announce mostly conference call via Skype. and we recieved monthly performance report
