Marketing Gears has handled the project end-to-end, covering everything from initial planning to final launch. The scope started with understanding our brand, goals, and target audience. Based on that, Shaina (Founder) worked on the overall UI/UX direction, creating a clean, modern design that aligned with our identity. At the same time, Keshav (Co-Founder) and the team took care of the technical architecture, ensuring the site would be fast, responsive, and scalable.
The main deliverables from Marketing Gears have been centered around building a complete, ready-to-launch digital presence for Unlisted BBSR. The primary deliverable has been a fully designed and developed website. This has included a custom UI/UX design tailored to our brand, along with a responsive layout that works smoothly across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Moreover, the setup by an expert WordPress website designer has allowed us to update content internally without technical help. The guidance from Marketing Gears' experience as a Shopify website designer has given us a clear path for e-commerce expansion.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience has been very smooth, and Marketing Gears has delivered well on expectations. If we had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be providing more early-stage mock-ups or variations in the design phase. It would have helped us explore a few more creative directions before finalizing the design.
That said, once we’ve given feedback, Marketing Gears has been very quick to adapt and refine things accordingly. Apart from that, their communication, timelines, and execution have all been handled very well, so there hasn’t been anything major that needed to be changed.
