Harrington Housing specializes in the business of providing purpose-built off-campus housing services to students and interns. Cognizant of the challenges to rent and furnish a new apartment for students, Harrington aims to do all the hard work in finding the best properties at central locations, and help students to sleep in comfort while paying less.

For what projects/services did your company hire Marketiff, and what were your goals?

Even though the initial arrangement was SEO services, we expanded our business relationship to digital marketing, social media, website design and similar services over time.

I have filtered over 20 likeminded companies. marketiff success story and assurance for professional services made us to chose them

The main project is SEO ranking. Thanks to our business with them, now, Harrington is ranked on the first page on the critical keywords in the cities we are operating. This task has been a very difficult one and they succeeded in a very short period. Second service is the ongoing social media, blog posts, and similar content creation. Their team has been ultra professional in dealing with this project. On a limited extend, they also assisted with the website design and development, and refreshed our main page with more innovative and novel design.

We are having weekly marketing meetings with their Founder, which we are very happy about.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I guess this needs a deep analysis. However, I can tell that at the most competitive student housing market, which is New York, now we are raking on the first page on google when someone searches for "New York Student Housing". Please note that there are over 1000 other providers and competitors in New York.

Their success, involvement of their Founder in every detail, and communication

We are looking to expand our marketing arrangement into other areas soon.

I'm the owner of the company which produces all types of fire fighting foams. We are the biggest fire-fighting foam manufacturer in Turkey.

We had some trouble finding international clients and then started to search for a digital marketing agency and reached Marketiff. They focused on branding, web design, and marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We select them by referral, one of our friends worked with them before and their results were amazing, so we decided to work with them.

They renewed our brand logo and designed a website for us at the beginning of the project. After that, they started digital marketing campaigns. They run PPC and Email marketing campaigns also searched the market and reached companies to represent our products. Since then they are helping us to find international clients.

We are generally meeting with Mr. Furkan, he is getting the brief and distribute it to his team. I believe there should be a graphic designer, web developer, and social media marketer with him.

In 4 and half years we generated over $500.000 revenue with their campaigns which is crazy when comparing their cost.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It is great, at the beginning of our partnership, it was like 1-time meeting in a month with consistency but now its 3 times in a month

They are kind, responsive always, experienced, and more important than all, they always keep their promises.

I don't think so.

I am the founder of Rama Clamp construction company. We are producing easy repair clamps for oil, gas, and water pipe lines.

We needed a web design agency at the start of our company. So we found some agencies and after some meetings, we decided to work with Marketiff.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched some of our competitors and see the well-designed websites and tried to find the agency who designed them. Basically, the design was very important for us but then we thought we need Seo service too. So after all interviews, we decided to work with Marketiff

When we decided to work with Marketiff, they came up with some design ideas and in a week they completed the design of the website. We loved the design and also started the Seo project. Till then Marketiff digital is our main partner for SEO. We glad we found them and we are really happy to work with them.

In total, we worked with 4 people, 2 designers, and 2 SEO specialists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yeah in almost a year our website ranked on the first page for all our relative keywords. Today our website getting lots of leads organically thanks to Marketiff agency's hard efforts.

Actually, only at the beginning of the project we involved, they generally did their thing and reported to us what they did every month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is really kind, they don't overwhelm our questions and requests. It's hard to find people like these.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so. Overall, SEO is not our thing and the results have been more than great.
