We wanted to implement a system that could dynamically generate additional leads and initiate campaigns based on our organic demand. The goal was to add orders whenever capacity allowed, so we needed a system that could easily be activated or deactivated to fit this purpose.

They set everything up so that the only thing we needed to do was engage with potential clients when they were ready to discuss their needs. From lead generation to automatic outreach, and even custom knowledge setup for follow-ups and scheduling meetings or calls, everything was fully automated. We wanted a system that required no manual interaction on our part.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 Being able to activate or increase the outreach volume dynamically based on our own capacity and organic order flow.

Like I mentioned, it was important to us that we could trust the process without needing to be involved. In the beginning, there were some questions to address, such as defining the clients we serve and completing a few Q&As to populate the custom knowledge base. After that, they handled everything seamlessly. Now, we have a system in place that can even be activated via WhatsApp, which is fantastic. We don’t even have to message them directly to activate the campaign—it’s 100% autonomous.
