• Successfully migrate and stabilize the client’s website on the new host by addressing security vulnerabilities, patching, and performing necessary updates.
• Establish a well-structured LMS platform that aligns with the client’s training goals and fosters efficient knowledge delivery.
• Conduct in-depth training sessions (both in person & online) for employees on the website and LMS features, promoting self-sufficiency and reducing dependency on external support.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for both the website and LMS, ensuring the client can rely on a secure, up-to-date environment for continuous use.
• Ensure long-term scalability and adaptability of the LMS to accommodate future learning content and evolving training needs.
• Enhance the client’s ability to deliver continuous learning through an accessible and user-friendly LMS, ultimately improving employee learning rates and knowledge retention.
