Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I hired Maras Tech to create a new bilingual website for me from scratch. I wanted a website that is in line with my company's branding and mission, and more importantly, I wanted it to be fully customizable so I could change its contents and looks, as well as add more pages, as needed. I provided the copy for the website, and a general outline I thought would work, but gave him a lot of trust and freedom to do his best where he knows better than me.

I also requested a landing page that included many different elements so I can create my own landing pages in the future.

I also wanted to include a free English proficiency test that would drive visits to my website. In addition, I needed Calendly integration, so people could schedule meetings with me right from the website. Also, the website needed to be connected to Mailchimp so I could deliver free materials featured on different pages, as well as let people subscribe to my newsletter. Finally, I requested a popup that invites people to subscribe, as well.

Ultimately, I needed to be taught how to use what was created, as my wish was to be able to create new pages as needed, change the contents such as copy and photos, change where things are located on the website, etc.

All of the above was done quickly, with the highest of quality, and I couldn't be happier with how it looks even four years latter. In addition, Maras Tech has provided support whenever I needed it in the four years since his job was done.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I got a beautiful website that I can proudly share with my clients and that I constantly get praised for. Not only that - it's been almost four years and even without regular maintenance, the website is working like clockwork.

I had had a very negative experience before working with Maras Tech, where my previous website literally started falling apart the moment I stopped my cooperation with its maker. This never happened with Maras Tech.

Whenever there was an issue (never a big one), Saša has been there within a few hours tops to work on it. Whenever I had a new idea I wanted to implement on the website, he was within reach to give me advice, find the best solution, and implement it.

I have never regretted working with him, and I cannot recommend him enough. I am happy to have such a reliable partner for such an important part of my business.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Everything was delivered on time, often ever before deadlines. Saša was very responsive across various communication means, and always ready to implement changes or respond to my (sometimes silly) questions. I'd always get a response on the same day, usually followed by a scheduled meeting do discuss the details further.

• Reliability. I hadn't had such reliable collaborators, and this is something I value the most when it comes to Maras Tech.
• In addition, innovative spirit, great research skills, and even though I am not a tech person, I can tell that the technical execution of my website was done impeccably.
