Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Caroline - MD of LMP, A fully serviced - Online Order Booking and Delivery Restaurant in Auckland, New Zealand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Manuka Infotech Limited, and what were your goals?

Initially I was thinking about establishing a full service - dine-in restaurant, but the Pandemic and lockdown protocols have been a great challenge to attract walk-in customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

While I was doing some research on the web, I came across Manuka Infotech.

After plenty of discussions, the responsive team created;

1. Web App with Admin control panel to edit the menu card items with images, description, cost and availability
2. Mobile Order booking app for the consumers to browse and choose their desired items place an order or subscribe to our daily, weekly or monthly food plans. The best part is as a complementary service, our app lets the consumers design the dish schedule based on their diet plan, book free diet consultations based on their health index.
3. Delivery App is meant for delivery partners to get notified and assign available delivery orders and get feedback about order delivery status and capture customer review

The level of dedication from the team and detailing in building up the food ordering app is exceptional. Honestly, they have delivered a lot more than I expected. The perfect food order cum delivery app development results from their team made me go for Logo revamp. That is in order to suit my new food order booking app theme. I am really surprised to see the outcome of the new logo design.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Manuka Infotech team was very understanding and helpful. They were able to synthesize my Restaurant App vision into a reality. The team always had the best interests of the product in mind which showed in their attention to detail. I really find the app is very handy and I can monitor and operate my restaurant business remotely too.

Mostly they used zoom meetings, emails and whatsapp

The team was simply exceptional. I am really addicted to my food order & delivery app now.
