Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the president of the Geri Kare LLC, and we’re a medical equipment company for handicapped and seniors located in Independence, Ohio.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mango Bay?

We engaged Mango Bay to manage our web page and any IT requirements we need to run our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We created our website through a third-party company and Mango Bay took over our platform. After that, they allowed us to expand our site and correct the mistakes that were made by our previous provider. One of the technologies they used was Laravel. They continue to maintain and host our platform. They will also help us in increasing our web presence through their digital marketing services, which include managing our Google Ads.

What is the team composition?

I’m working with their president, creative team, and hosting and maintenance lead.

How did you come to work with Mango Bay?

They were local to our area and we found out about them from other companies.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They take care of our requirements well. In fact, most of our requests are done right the first time. They also have a good understanding of our SEO requirements. Overall, we’re very pleased with their performance.

How did Mango Bay perform from a project management standpoint?

Mango Bay is doing a great job from a project management standpoint. They’re a very hands-on company, and we know their team members on a first-name basis. We communicate through phone calls, email, Zoom, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

If Mango Bay continues what they’re currently doing, we’ll be one long-term and happy customer.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Set an appointment with their team and tell them everything you know and want. Layout the format of how they’ll address your end product according to a work methodology that will allow you to see their performance.
