The project started with several discovery meetings. It was important that the design, copy and branding really represented our company. The full scope and timelines was then provided by Major Creative.

The next stage was to start off with the overall feel and design this took several meetings and discussions to get this right. The amount of pages and content was the next stage. This was virtually from scratch and the process was to do this in several phases to ensure that the end result we required was delivered. The project was delivered on time and with our cost budget.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was delivered on time and within budget. It captured our brand and perfectly and the design exceeded our expectations. We have gained business through our new website and the feedback from both existing and potential clients, vendors, colleagues and competitors has been positive and very complimentary

Nothing was too much trouble for Major Creative. I quickly gained full confidence in their ability early in the process. They were patient, responsive and invested in getting the right outcome for Neo Technologies. They were also available for face to face meetings if and as required.

They listened, really listened which is why they were able to deliver exactly what we wanted. They did not go for a standard approach, they thought outside the square and always came to the table with step-by-step outcomes to hit the mark.

Major Creative is both an impressive and unique company. Their creative ability is exceptional with very talented designers. The communication was a highlight and all in all a painless process from beginning to end with no exception. Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure to work with making it an overall great experience. We are now a customer for life.
