### Technology Strategy
Developed an IT Strategy that supported the cyber liability requirement that this non-profit organization needed to implement.  Assisted with the execution of the strategy including onboarding a managed services provider, managing the implementation of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and moving servers to a cloud environment. 


### Workday HCM and Payroll Selection/Implementation
Acted as Executive Sponsor/Program Manager leading the direction of the Workday HCM selection and implemenation project.  Services provided included software selection, contract negotiation, project and team planning, communication to senior executive leadership, organizational change management, integration planning, etc.  Implementation for 20,000 users.


### NetSuite Implementation
Implemented NetSuite ERP in organization who is growing through acquisition.  Initial implementation and migration of data from 13 different instances of QuickBooks.  Developed standard process for 13 organizations with differing business processes and provided training and support for users.  Continued to onboard new organizations, provided software selections for secondary applications, and provided strategic advisory services and IT budget planning.
