They then designed and developed the website, implementing the content that we gave them. The Magneto IT Solutions continues to improve upon the site and also provides digital marketing services for us.

We started working with Magneto in June 2019, and it's ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Magneto IT Solutions is highly experienced in web development. They know what they're doing, and we haven't encountered many difficulties working with them. The quality of the website is good, and people have been using it.

How did Magneto IT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They've done an excellent job in terms of communication and scheduling. The team uses Trello to manage the project, and we communicate through Skype. We work together as a team and exchange ideas with each other.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Magneto IT Solutions is the best in their industry. They've done an excellent job in terms of development and project management. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although they deliver on time, it's always good to speed things up more. They could add more developers to help them finish quicker, but we understand that it could increase costs. Overall, we don't have any significant issues with them.

We highly recommend them.

We directly dealt with the project manager. However, several people worked on the project. Our main contact did a lot of the backend work that needed to be done.

The project was successful. Our revenue increased by about 40%, and our conversion rate increased by 20%. Our bounce rate also came down about 10%.

Their project management was fairly strong. Their technical lead joined all of our stand-ups, all hands, and grooming meetings. We used Skype a lot but also had check-ins via Google Meets.

They did what they said they would do within the given timeframe. We’re very happy that there weren’t any problems.

No, they did a great job.

They had a project manager and QA assigned to our project who coordinated with us and took feedbacks after each milestone. Additionally, 2 developers were working on the project as well.

We received good customer feedback and orders quantity increased by 40% within 3 months. All the customers are very satisfied with the platform.

They used good management tools. We had weekly Sprint Planning & Meetings in which they showed progress and took feedback from our team. For meetings, they mainly used Google Meets.

The visitors that come to our website can easily create an account and start purchasing using a simple and elegant user interface. It has also become convenient for us to collaborate with B2B partners and our business continues to scale.

Communication was done through emails, Skype and Google Meetings. There was a proper schedule made for stand-up meetings with weekly meetings with us for updates. The methodology used by them was Agile with the use of Quick scrum to assign and regulate the tasks.

Their response was always very quick. It was very easy to communicate with them throughout the project timeline. The team's project management skills were strong, and their developers and designers worked very well with each other.
