We got a web portal and admin dashboard to dynamically display our services and team information and also book appointments for allergy test sample collection. Franchise can register and get their dashboard where they submit information about patients and payment after collecting samples. we test the blood samples and upload parameters of test from admin dashboard. we can create any new type of test required in future by adding all test criteria in the system. 

We can manage pricing for the tests and also block or diable Franchise accounts. We get notifvcations for all submitted smaples and can trcak history of all patients test reports. Test report pdf can be downloaded, printed and shared with patients by Franchisee. We can also keep track of the financial and transactions of our business on the admin dashboard and Franchise dashboard.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were a startup and decided to get the custom software to be developed by Magna Opus Software Services. After getting the custom platform devevloped by them, we are able to manage the Franchise business and withing first year, we got more than 200 Franchise registered on Portal and all of them are very confortable in using the dashboard. In very first year we tested and created reports for more than 10000 blood samples submitted via this portal. 

The processes are smooth and system has easy flow to use it by everyone with little knowlege of computer use.

They provide all work complete and in time. We were able to launch our service as planned. They responded immediately to all the initial chnages we required and also provided free service to make any required changes or bug fixing withing 3 months after completion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their director Lakhwinder is highly experienced and knows exactly what we need. She understands the requirements very easily and we did not need to tell them about every process repeatedly. our vague explanatioin was implemented very professionally. Their prices are affordable and all work is done by team itself without outsourcing it to any third party.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Magna Opus Software Services Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

I dont think so. What we needed different was immediately done after we explained.
