The scope of work covered both our website redesign and broader digital marketing activities. 

On the website side, the project included redesigning and restructuring our corporate website to better communicate our product portfolio, industry solutions, and customer success stories. This involved UX/UI design, content structuring, and WordPress development to create a more modern, clear, and conversion-focused platform.

Beyond the website, Magna Digital has been supporting our overall digital marketing efforts, including strategy development, content planning, social media communication, and performance marketing activities. The goal has been to create a more consistent and effective digital presence across all channels. 

Key deliverables included a redesigned website aligned with our brand positioning, improved content and messaging structure, and ongoing digital marketing support aimed at increasing qualified leads and strengthening our positioning in both local and international markets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have already seen measurable improvements across several key areas since the project started. 

Our website traffic increased by around 60%, and the average time spent on the site has reached nearly 1 minute. Based on both internal feedback and comments from our customers, around 90% of users find the new website much clearer and easier to understand compared to the previous version. 

In terms of lead generation, we saw a significant increase right after the new website went live. We received 23 new leads in a short period, compared to only 8 in the previous month. More importantly, 20 of these leads were highly qualified and quickly moved to the proposal stage, which helped our sales team avoid spending time on low-quality inquiries. 

On the digital marketing side, our social media activity and engagement increased by approximately 50% year-over-year. We now maintain a consistent content flow with both local and global posts, which has strengthened our overall visibility. 

Additionally, Magna Digital conducted a detailed analysis of our competitors and target keywords, helping us build a more structured performance marketing strategy. Campaign planning and optimization efforts are ongoing.

Communication has been one of their strong points. They are responsive, easy to reach, and open to feedback. When we share comments or request changes, they address them quickly and provide practical solutions rather than just theoretical suggestions.

We also appreciate their ability to guide us throughout the process. Instead of simply executing tasks, they bring ideas, share insights, and help us make better decisions, especially in areas like content structure, digital strategy, and performance marketing.

We also find their understanding of B2B and technical products particularly valuable. Explaining a complex solution like ours in a clear and structured way is not easy, but they have been very effective in simplifying the message without losing its depth.

The hands on staff's understanding of the requirements could be better as the owners had to explain it to them at times but I guess this is natural in any business.

We hired Magna to help with SEO on our website — we weren’t in a very good position in search engine results for some keywords.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start, Magna checked all our pages and made some modifications. From there, we gave them a list of keywords to work on. Their team worked on our Google Ads efforts for 1–2 months in the beginning, and we continued with just SEO from there.

Magna presented us with the changes they made on our web pages, and we were able to see the difference in our keyword rankings. Our placement improved on Google, and our Alexa ranking increased significantly.

Their owners were very good when it came to communication. We had weekly communication at the very least, and we tried to speak every 2–3 days. They gave us a project plan and followed through on it. Their team discussed the website changes with our marketing team, too.

Their SEO knowledge is what made them stand out. We’re an engineering company, and our culture is based around understanding how things work in our company — Magna explained everything about the process to us and I was very happy with their knowledge.

At the time, their team was very big, so we always had contact with the company owners. That could be something they change.
