We engaged Mafak Media for the production of three videos and still pictures. However, we were disappointed with the final deliverables as they were of low quality and did not incorporate the requested edits. Moreover, the creative ideas presented did not align with our initial agreement. To make matters worse, Mafak Media ceased communication with us and proceeded to accept payment without fulfilling the project requirements.

Mafak Media failed to meet the agreed-upon deadlines for delivering the items, and their editing process for even simple requirements was excessively time-consuming. Moreover, their unresponsiveness to our phone calls and overall communication was extremely poor. Furthermore, the videos' quality fell significantly below our expectations and did not meet the desired standard.

They lacked any distinguishing qualities as a company, displaying rudeness, unresponsiveness, and poor time management. Furthermore, they demonstrated a lack of concern for maintaining good customer relations and failed to prioritize effective customer relationship management.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mafak Media could have done differently?

There is ample room for improvement across various aspects of Mafak Media's operations. This includes enhancing time management for the project, implementing more effective project management practices, and establishing better customer relationship management protocols.

We were searching for an agency to handle social media and we were impressed by Mafak's creativity and professionalism

After an initial meeting Mafak helped us set our strategy for the coming months by introducing new ideas and a set strategy to achieve them, we received a content calendars showing us what will be posted and when. then we decided on our marketing budget

Our instagram had an increase in following and our revenues have skyrocketed after the suggestion of including our products in an unexplored social media platform

we had weekly meetings in the beginning but with time we got comfortable with the team to only have one meeting per month as they knew most of our comments before we said them

The prices are a little expensive.
