I'm the founder and Creative Director of a design studio in NYC.

We hired MadeTight for highly customized Webflow development of a website for a real estate developer in California.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have an ongoing design/development relationship with MadeTight going back approximately 3 years.

To kickoff we worked first to have a comprehensive understanding of the project, followed by the delivery of design files to MadeTight in Figma. The MadeTight team then created a full working version of the site in Webflow, followed by comprehensive QA which the Virgo and MadeTight teams undertook together. At the end of this process the new website launched.

We worked mainly with 3 exceptional people from the MadeTight team — a Project Manager, and web developer, and their Founder.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The MadeTight team did an exceptional job at every stage of the project and ultimately delivering a website that was exactly as we had envisioned.

We communicated via email and Google Meet conferencing throughout the project considering we are NY-based and they are Belgrade-based. They were always on time with deliverables and were exceptionally easy to work with and always accommodating.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no.

I am the CEO. We are building the backbone for mobile authentication for a passwordless future. Our patented technology relies on verifying the device, SIM & phone number via IP address to enable secure, passwordless, zero-click compatible mobile user authentication, registration, transaction approval and fraud prevention solutions for any mobile application.

We approached Made Tight well before our company even had a name. All we had at that time was a team with an idea. After we settled on the name, we needed to develop a brand and present it on a website. During the process, even before we had a website, they created product videos which proved to be a great starting point for the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We needed a design studio that could present a complex idea in a simple and easy-to-understand way. We did not want to rely on just the copy but wanted to present the product through clear design. Made Tight was highly recommended by a friend and their former client. They fit our need perfectly, and I never regretted the decision to start working with them.

After selecting the name for the company, we needed to develop a brand around it. The first step was to design the logo, standardize the colors and typeface. That included the examples of the application of those elements: memo, business cards, and various banners. The next step Made Tight made was to create product videos, since they can most efficiently explain the complex processes that were behind our solution. The videos worked so well, the overall look and feel was carried over to the website design and its UX.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Automatization platforms and solutions are still relatively hard to explain to a wide audience. And when you build an automated platform that tackles serious topics, such as data privacy and security, you realize how important it is to offer a crystal clear explanation of what’s behind the scenes. Made Tight has managed to do exactly that in the simplest and most direct way possible – through product videos. And they managed to carry over the look and feel of those videos to the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project was managed by Made Tight. They used the waterfall project management methodology, set key milestones, and kept us informed via email, with regular weekly meetings to go over key points.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Even before we had a name for our solution, we knew what we wanted to communicate to our future clients and their customers. Made Tight managed to perfectly understand our needs and transform our inputs into a brand and design that perfectly matched our intentions. To see a brand develop from just an idea was a great experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing really stands out. They did their job perfectly.

As a brand strategist I have worked with Made Tight for over 20 branding projects, from developing the brand identity, to launching unique websites and marketing campaigns.

It's been 5 years ago that Made Tight was recommended to me by another business owner, we have been working together ever since.

After I create the brand Strategy, MadeTight and I have a brainstorm and briefing session on the brand identity. We explore multiple concepts and after choosing the right direction we work towards the final brand identity. The second part of our project is creating a unique, high performing Wordpress website.

We deliver all content and structure including the marketing funnel. The UX designer turns it then into a unique design that makes the brand come to life. When we have the complete website designed MadeTight develops the website and takes complete care of the launch.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest outcome is that, again and again, we see the companies strive after we launch the brand and website. The website works like a magnet for clients. But also the brand becomes the true north that helps the companies move forward.

We communicate by Slack and it always feels like we are one team working in one office. The lines are short and personal.

Their creativity is remarkable in an efficient and marketable way. They have a great eye for details and that is incredible important when you are launching big branding projects.

Still early to tell as we have just recently launched and working on our marketing strategy.

We had a slight delay, but primarily due to the complexity of our product. Made Tight team responded to my requests and stayed professional throughout the process.

For me, it's very simple — they kept their promise and delivered what we agreed on the 1st day of our collaboration. Even though there were some ups and downs, and more effort was required, they stayed professional and did not change the terms halfway.
