What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In its first year of existence my company was able to garner sales and traffic organically on the web. Sales came in via the website as well as telephone when they needed a more custom tailored quote. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Danny was a great PM to work with. If i had a question or needed clarification he would provide a thorough and accurate analysis. While occasionally tasks would take longer than expected Danny did always communicate clearly to me what was going on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their ability to offer a soup-to-nuts solution to starting my e-commerce business. They helped me with the earliest branding phase as well as designing and implementing the website's custom features. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something M5 Design Studio could have done differently?

Site speed and stability is one area I think could be improved. While the site does do well in most areas I still feel like speed/responsiveness could be improved.
