M-ADS designed and developed a production studio's website. The team created a page for each of the client's three studios in French and English, added a booking system, and managed their social media accounts.
M-ADS launched the client's website, enabling customers to book sessions without calling the client directly. The team delivered the project in the agreed-upon order and provided accurate estimates. M-ADS understood the client's business and provided a solution that fit their needs.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Managing Director of ONAME Agency
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
NONAME is a production studio in Geneva — a 120 m² photo/video studio with a cyclorama, a podcast studio and a music recording studio — rented by the hour to artists, brands and agencies, with in-house crews for shooting, editing and final delivery.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire M-ADS to accomplish?
- We run three studios — photo/video, podcast and music — and the calendar depended on phone calls and word of mouth. We hired M-ADS to make the studios bookable and findable: a clear page for each studio in French and English with prices, equipment and amenities published, an online booking path next to WhatsApp, and a local presence on Google and social media that brings artists, brands and agencies to us without a sales call.
- Studio website. A page for each studio — the 120 m² photo/video studio with its 7×6 m cyclorama and product room, the podcast studio, the music studio with its control room and vocal booth — in French and English, with hourly price lists, equipment lists, amenities, gallery and portfolio, plus the label section. Correct hreflang and sitemap for both languages.
- Local presence. Google Business Profile of the studio and review collection, and the studio's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) with content shot in the studios.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
M-ADS made our three studios in Geneva bookable and findable online. The project included: 1. Studio website in French and English. A dedicated page for each studio — the 120 m² photo/video studio with its 7×6 m cyclorama and product room, the podcast studio, and the music studio with its control room and vocal booth — with hourly price lists, equipment lists, amenities, gallery and portfolio, plus the label section. Correct hreflang and sitemap for both languages.
2. Booking path. An online reservation flow and a WhatsApp button on every studio page, with opening hours and address in one place, so a first-time client can book a session without calling.
3. Local presence. The studio's Google Business Profile with review collection, and the studio's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) fed with content shot in the studios. Key deliverables: the FR/EN studio pages with published pricing, the online booking flow, and the Google and social media presence of the studios.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The honest answer is that it is early, and M-ADS were the first to say they would not put numbers on the table before there is a baseline. What we can state today:
1. All three studios are live on the site in French and English with published hourly prices, equipment and amenities — a client can compare and book without a phone call.
2. Bookings now arrive through the site form and WhatsApp, with hours and address in one place, instead of phone calls and word of mouth only.
3. Every milestone was delivered in the agreed order — pages, then booking, then local presence — with no scope added without a separate estimate. We will update this review with booking and traffic figures after a full quarter of data.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The work was delivered in stages — studio pages first, then the booking path, then the local presence — and each stage was reviewed and signed off before the next one started. The scope was written down at the beginning, and anything outside it was estimated separately rather than quietly added.
Deadlines on their side were met. The one delay in the project came from us: the photos of the studios arrived later than planned, and they had warned us from day one that content is what usually holds a project back.
Communication was simple. Questions were answered within a business day, and most decisions were settled in short in-person sessions in Geneva. When we asked for changes — prices, opening hours, the order of the studio pages — they were made without pushback and without turning into a new project.
What was your primary form of communication with M-ADS?
Virtual Meeting
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They understood a studio business, not just "a website". Three things stood out:
1. Published prices instead of "contact us for a quote". They pushed us to put hourly rates, equipment lists and amenities on every studio page, so a client can compare and decide before writing to us. That was uncomfortable at first and turned out to be right.
2. The booking button sits where a client actually looks for it, and WhatsApp is next to it — they designed the path from a visitor to a booked session, not a brochure.
3. Their rules about numbers. No promised search positions, no invented metrics, a baseline measured before any work starts. In an industry full of big promises, that discipline is rare and reassuring. And everything came from one team in Geneva that we could sit down with — no agency in one country, developer in another, and nobody responsible for the result.
Are there any areas for improvement or something M-ADS could have done differently?
Two things, both minor.
1. We would have liked to see visual mockups of the studio pages earlier, before the copy and price lists were final. Our team thinks in pictures, and a rough layout in the first week would have saved a round of edits later.
2. Their written documentation is thorough to the point of being dense. A one-page summary per stage — what was done, what we need to provide, what comes next — would have made it easier for colleagues outside marketing to follow the project.
Neither affected the result, and both were easy to raise with them directly.
