We hired Lyons Web Solutions to create a replacement for our underperforming and outdated website. Our goal was to have a website that not only made it easy for potential customers to interact and reach us but to also represent the company in a manner that reflects the quality we strive for.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I’ve known the owner for quite some time and knew exactly what type of product I would see in the end. I was entirely correct, the product produced was even better than what I could have hoped. The quality and service rendered were fantastic.

The work was listed as the following. Break down existing site, while maintaining the key information. Build a new website from the ground up and fill it with the key info from the prior as well as new information.

I worked with the owner personally on this job. The quality and dedication to give me the product I was looking for far surpassed that of any other vendor I have used.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thus far we have seen a large uptick in website visits as well as customer engagement.

We communicated almost daily while working on this project. The response time was fantastic.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was amazed simply with the final product. To see where we started vs where we ended was a drastic change for the better.

I wouldn’t change anything about this process.

My website was over 10 years old and needed a complete redo. We wanted to modernize it and make sure it showed up in search results.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lyons worked to give our website a modern look via WordPress. They organized my sample reports on the website and fixed all broken links within it. They also helped me build an online payment system.

I’ve known John for a long time so I knew he had web developers. As a result, I talked to him about redoing my website and hired him to do it.

We spent around $3,500.

The project lasted from March–July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After Lyons’ work, I saw more hits on my website. People sent us more requests for information about our products. A couple of my customers also saw the website and thought it looked great. 

How did Lyons Web Solutions LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great at communicating. When John asked me for things and I was slow to respond, he made sure that he was on top of everything and that I gave him what I needed. As a result, they completed the project on time. To communicate, we used emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by the way they redesigned the website. For context, I only gave them a general idea of what I wanted, but they still did an excellent job at making the site look perfect. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any.

Have an idea of what you want, and Lyons will develop it that way.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found Lyons Web Solutions LLC on google. My deciding factors were seeing the abundance of positive, 5-star reviews, as well as viewing his own website. It was very clean, professional, and looked like what I would want my website to look like.

John was very helpful during the beginning stages. He explained everything he was doing in a non technical and understandable way. It made it that much easier to work with the website once it was complete John asked me how I would like to be contacted through the site (email, text message). I told him both and he set that up for me. Learning to manage the site myself was very easy. 5/5 for John's patience and detailed walk throughs.

One person. I worked with John, the owner of the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, my players and their parents can all directly contact me through my website anytime, anywhere. This has helped me book and manage countless training sessions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

John communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process. I was aware of all of the changes, updates, and functions each step of the way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Some companies I have worked with tend to leave the client in the dark or underdeliver in some way, Lyons Web solutions went above and beyond In every aspect of communication and quality of work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From now on Lyons Web Solutions will always be my go to web service. My experience was as smooth as could be. I do not have any specific advice for areas of improvement based on my experience.

I am the owner of A World Of Goods For You, LLC. We sell designer 100% authentic designer handbags and accessories on our e-commerce website. We have been in business since 2006 and are based in South Carolina.

We hired Lyons Web Solutions because we had tried to get a website created for so long, but every developer we hired was unreliable and the site never ended up functioning properly, if at all. We were in desperate need of a way to automate our customer transactions and spread the word about our company. Prior to our new website, we were doing creating and tracking all stock, invoicing, and shipping details manually. We also had to send customers images of our products, etc. Our goals were to automate the management of stock, invoicing, shipping, and customer management. Long story short - we needed a reliable website to help scale our business.

When we initially met, we had a mountain of work that needed to be completed. John helped us break down how we could integrate each part of our "workflow" into our new website. The scope of this project was as large as it could be for us as we were essentially starting from scratch AND had a mess to clean up.

From here, we walked through each addition we could make and how/if it would benefit us. Once our new website was up and running, John set up multiple analytics tools to provide us with monthly reporting about every last detail of the site. Thanks to this, we always know what is going on with our website traffic, sales, customers, and products.

Our website is also FAST. FAST. FAST. Faster than ever before. We could hardly even load into the admin page prior to working with Lyons Web Solutions. Lyons Web Solutions also helped us boost our SEO performance. We now rank for thousands of keywords every week and bring in so many new sales thanks to Google rankings.

John was always on top of every last detail and the "roadmap" for our project was always clear. We communicated using Google Meet and FB messenger (my preference)

I would say the most impressive part are the personal care and attention to detail that Lyons Web Solutions provides. Wherever we went, it was hard to find a dev that listened, cared, and actually implemented what we wanted. This now happens like clockwork with Lyons Web Solutions.
