LUNOLAB

LUNOLAB is a software house from Warsaw, Poland, building custom software, process automation and AI solutions for companies in Poland and the US. We take on problems that off-the-shelf tools can't solve: B2B e-commerce platforms, internal operating systems, CRM and ERP integrations, AI assistants, voice agents and data platforms.

We work on a fixed-price model. Every project is split into stages and each stage is priced upfront, so you know the cost before any work starts. Together we decide what is worth building custom and where a ready-made tool is faster and cheaper.

Selected results:
- Medby (medical B2B): invoice audits automated with OCR and AI, cut from about 4 hours to 3 minutes and saving 100+ hours a month.
- Medby 3.0: a B2B marketplace built from scratch, with a multi-vendor cart, a single invoice, an 8-lever pricing engine and an AI shopping assistant.
- Big Sales Ops LLC (US): an autonomous sales system with AI voice agents, SMS and email that sells an alcohol brand in over ten US states without a field sales team.
- PrimeMedHub: website, Facebook, WhatsApp and email connected to one CRM, with zero lost leads.

Our rule for AI: AI proposes, humans approve, and code, not the model, does the math. LUNOLAB is led by its three founders: Wiktor Nowicki (CEO), Michał Lubański (CTO) and Jan Zachorowski (CFO & COO).
