It started with an initial call where I showed the websites and landing pages of our competitors, as well as some ways in which I knew they’re attracting visitors. We’ve discussed how similar mechanisms can be implemented for our offering and singled out a good starting point for our cooperation. ColorCreative prepared an estimate for us and after we’ve agreed to it and signed the contract they started implementing it.

They created a minimalistic landing page, translated it into all the languages we were interested in targeting and started testing out ads country-by-country, to see what worked for us and what didn’t

Over the time that we’ve collaborated ColorCreative has helped us define some profitable countries where we can buy traffic for our website routinely with a good ROI. Through testing and tweaking together we were able to improve the conversion rate by more than 30%. As they were quite open about their methodology and sharing knowledge, we learned a lot and have now hired PPC manager to handle our campaigns in-house.

We’ve started with a discovery call where a RevenueRush representative asked us about our goals, requirements for the new website, and requested some website examples we liked. They later contacted us with an estimate of the project cost, to which we agreed.

During the project itself, we cooperated mostly with a digital marketing manager, who walked us through the mock-ups they prepared, which we thought were great. He later provided us with several variants of the same website screen that were designed in different ways for us to choose the most appealing visual style.

Later, the entire website was designed in the style that we chose. Once we confirmed that everything text- and design-wise was great, the project entered the development stage. They were absolutely transparent about pricing and were fully accountable for all actions. We knew where our articles were shared and how this impacted our website visits, what article users viewed before converting, and could easily calculate ROAS of the content marketing.

I can’t think of anything. This experience was the opposite of our previous experiences with marketing agencies. We never had to wonder how our budget was being spent and what results were achieved.

We were capable of creating the design ourselves, but we had no copywriting, digital marketing, or web development capability, so after internal consultation, we decided it was better to turn to one agency for the whole package rather than doing the design ourselves and looking for agencies/contractors for other parts of the project. We also wanted to have the maximum possible conversion on our website, so I looked for web design agencies that also provide conversion rate optimization services and eventually decided to go with RevenueRush.

We started by working out the required website pages with a Marketing Manager. After that, RevenueRush created UX mockups for the whole website, and we went over each page over a series of calls with a UI/UX designer, tweaking them in real time. Once we were happy with the mockups, I passed them our design system concepts, and UI/UX designers and illustrator developed a complete website UI, to which we also made some alterations.

As soon as UI design for one of the pages was finalized, we had a call with a digital marketing manager and a copywriter to create the text for that page. This process was repeated for all pages over the course of the month or so. Once all the pages were ready, we had a final round of edits and they proceeded to develop our website and launched our website.

I explained the requirements we had for the website, and after getting a rough estimate of project cost and timeline, served as a mediator during calls, making sure our client understood the agency, and vice versa. RevenueRush explained everything in simple terms, so I rarely had to participate.

Initially, I talked with a Digital Marketing Manager. After the project started, the only other RevenueRush representative we’ve talked with directly was a UI/UX designer. Other internal communications were handled by a marketing manager.

The process was standard for website development. We first approved mockups, then agreed on design style, received the complete website UI + illustrations and text copy for it, and made some edits, whereby a Web Developer got involved and the website was complete.

We’ve had screenshots of application and some text that should be present on the landing page, but not a complete structure. I first talked with a Marketing Manager, who asked about our concept, unique selling points, target audience, it’s motivations, e.t.c. I passed the text that we had, and after a few days they provided a page structure for us.

After our confirmation, RevenueRush copywriter created the page text for each screen which was forwarded to us. We discussed it with my team internally and suggested some minor edits, after which they developed a mockup of a landing page, and, after our validation, provided us with several design styles to choose from.

After the inititial call, we've had a discovery meeting, for which I called some senior management, during which we discussed our company, client profile, our goals from this website, what we wanted to communicate, e.t.c. I received the impression that they were really making an effort to understand our aims instead of taking a passive approach and just doing whatever we asked even if it's sub-optimal.

After this meeting, they sent us some website examples of what approaches could work for us, and we stopped on a presentation-website. They sent us a proposal with time- and cost-estimates, and after we agreed to this, we cooperated on the contents of the website. They designed it, and, after our approval, developed it and put it on the web.

I didn't have to change the texts we had in presentations much, since website loosely follows a presentation structure. The website RevenueRush designed and developed is very simple to navigate, as all our visitors have to do is to simply scroll to see all content on our website. The website is meant to aquaint the visitor with our company and services it provides, and I think it does its job well.

I think it was good. They responded to every message quickly and were proactive regardin project progress.

I felt like they were really invested in delivering what we needed, made sure we achieve the results that we want. The questions they asked were on point and led me to think about the purpose of the project and what exactly we wanted to achieve from angles that I did not cosider before.

I believe they were a little reserved about telling me outright when my ideas were not good, and instead asked pointer questions to let me come to my own conclusions. While I appreciate it, I believe the project may have gone a bit faster had they told me so right away on occasions where my ideas weren't feasible.

So, we brought in Luminary Brands to design the landing page for our i88 Trading Platform. Our main requirement was speed of development, as we needed something live ASAP to convert the pre-launch interest into registrations and platform demo’s we’ll be able to use.

Other requirements included included an aesthetically pleasing design, conformity to the overall style followed by our other websites, and the incorporation of specific features such as a rudimentary cryptocurrency purchase calculator . Luminary Brands assumed responsibility for the entire project lifecycle — from conceptualizing design ideas to development and testing.

I was pleasantly surprised there weren’t a lot of changes to be made so the project went by in a couple of weeks. Throughout the project, Luminary Brands kept ahead of the proposed timeline, and maintained constant communication. In summary, I’m satisfied with the landing page they’ve built for us, especially considering the time constraints.

Their designers also helped us with some input on design and user experience of our trading platform, identifying some usability and navigation issues that we were unaware of. It was really nice to get some feedback from outside, and we felt that Luminary was genuinely willing to help us out even though this part of the job was unpaid.

We got a landing page that has helped us generate a couple hundred signups already. I'm hoping to involve Luminary in the design of the larger website once the platform goes live.
