I’m the director of Really Addictive Drinks, a manufacturing company. We provide an all-in-one platform for drink creation, helping brands develop and enhance their beverage offerings.

What challenge were you trying to address with LumexArt Studio?

We needed help redesigning our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LumexArt Studio reviewed our proposed website wireframe and suggested UI/UX improvements. The team implemented those improvements, which included changes to fonts, colors, and button placements. LumexArt Studio also provided examples of well-done sections from other companies we could use as references. The team implemented new sections on the wireframe onto our website, including CMS.

We worked with two teammates from LumexArt Studio, including a coordinator and a designer.

How did you come to work with LumexArt Studio?

We found them through Upwork. We posted an online job post, and they responded. We scheduled a call and liked them out of all the companies we interviewed. Their rates were competitive, and they showed the most proactiveness.

We spent $870.

We worked together from May–June 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LumexArt Studio carried out the execution of the wireframes quickly and well. We found little bugs.

How did LumexArt Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, I would've preferred if they delivered quicker. However, I understand that due to the time difference, the timeframe for communication during the day is limited. They responded after a few hours each time. We communicated through Upwork's chat portal and Figma comments.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LumexArt Studio was quick to understand our requirements and implement them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could update us more closely on the progress and timeline. Oftentimes, we didn't know how long they would take, so their management of expectations could be better.

Redeigning the existing SAAS application into a more concise and user-friendly software! The key milestones were defining a general framework/layout for the new application, choosing colors schemes and patterns then going page by page and creating a modern design based on the existing forms!
