Ghoul at Heart creates Halloween inspired recipes and decorating ideas for a year-round Halloween website and creates original digital content for companies that are looking for an elevated Halloween inspired aesthetic for their products.

LuisSebastian.NET provided me with three logo designs to be used form my website and social media platforms. The deliverables included a logo in three formats(SVG, JPG, and PNG) and sizes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Luis designed a beautiful logo that I absolutely love and it fits perfectly with my brand.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Luis was great to work with. He was very responsive to my requests and moved the project along despite having a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. He worked hard to meet our new dates and I was and still am extremely happy with the finished logo he designed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated the questionnaire he provided tduring our initial meeting, that helped me be better able to describe what I was hoping to see in the new logo. And I personally likedthat we had actual phone conversations as well as virtual meetings to make sure we were both starting with the same expectations. Many times communicating only through text, things get lost in translation so it was nice to be able to communicate in multiple ways.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LuisSebastian.NET could have done differently?

Our project did have about a week delay but I can't really ding him for being called to jury duty. The team was very quick to get the project delivered despite multiple rounds of changes and the initial delay.
