Discovery project fro a new platform which would manage maintenance for our customers

How did you select Lucid Development Agency and what were the deciding factors?

Got a good referecnce on their director Sarah. After the frist discussion I knew they can get the job done. They were very understanding, not pressuring and genuienly interested in delivering great product.

We met up with Sarah and her team ot discuss the objectives and what value this new system will provide. Lucid dev agency assigned Sarah to be the proejct leader, she set up the deadlines and created the entire project documentation and maintained it.

Key delivereble was a document outlining the flow and scope of works for the new Vehicle Maintenance system.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Very happy with the outocmes. Lucid devilered bedfore the deadline and provided guidance thourghout the project. We will be engaging them with the development itself too.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Communication was spot on. Lucid dev team handled different timezones perfectly. It has no impact on our operations. We sued Zoom, Slack and Email and standard phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Passion and their commimtnent to understand the product and the value it is meant to provide. Sarah went exceeded our expectations with how prepared she was for each meeting.

Sarah did her own research about Fleet management adn gained decent knoledge of the industry. This played key factor in the smooth delivery of the product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot think of anything.
