BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I was the project coordinator of DrOnline, and we are a health service company that provides easy access to medical services using DrOnline app for patients. and we help Doctors to easily manage their clinic with our patient management system.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lucid?

Our company hired lucid source to develop the software we needed like the app and the PMS and lucid source delivered well and on time exactly our requirement specification

How did you select Lucid and what were the deciding factors?

After researching all the local software development and doing constant meetings with them, we came to the conclusion that lucid sources have the best price and providing the highest quality for the software we needed as they were passionate about creating the software.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

DrOnline project is a medical project that aims to help patients to easily request medical service and for doctors to easily manage their patient profile and provide their services. The project took 8-10 month to build. We started from researching the market to see how much does the market really needs this software and to determine our specification of the software we did many user interviews and online meetings. and a whole competitor analysis.

We then moved to researching the software company that can develop that software based on our specification with consideration to the price and support with maintenance. after deciding on lucid source we moved to design the UI/UX of our app and then to development. After finishing the closed beta we started to test it and made requirement change as our market demand.

Fast forward after finishing all the market plans and go to market and finalizing our business model we launched Dr Online on April 2021 and so far the website is a success.

All the development team and to be specific: Their CTO 2 Mobile developer 3 Backend developer 1 frontend developer worked on DrOnline Project

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both our team and theirs were cooperative we did our meetings on time and what we were doing was also effective we had many changes. The team was cooperative to make those changes, and they did deliver the product on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

their passion to create the platform was very unique and fun it made us happy to see such a team working on DrOnline. they added many valuable features to DrOnline outside our specification which impressed us with the system

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No the team was great and cooparative
