I'm an executive at Elohim Designs and Creations, an e-commerce company specializing in apparel and gift item customization using embroidery, rhinestones, sprangles, and high-quality digital prints to meet design needs. Our services include corporate swag, gift items, decals, stickers, blankets, bags, hats, and more.

What challenge were you trying to address with Logo Vent?

I contracted Logo Vent to finish my website, which I had started but couldn't complete due to a lack of time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Logo Vent was supposed to finish my website, which I had started and couldn't complete due to a lack of time. The project was supposed to take two weeks. Initially, I only needed them to complete the website, but the project manager tried to convince me to get a custom-designed website from them, which I declined. . It was supposed to be a 2-week project. Frank marketed the company to me and promised heaven on earth that they were versed in WordPress and Elementor. All that was to be done was documented and they even marketed a free logo with it.

I worked with Frank and Zane (Project Manager).

How did you come to work with Logo Vent?

I found Logo Vent through a Facebook ad, and their pricing fit my budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in August 2025, and the project ended in October 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Logo Vent didn't deliver anything except the free logo.  After I declined the custom design, he developed cold feet in doing the work and became unreachable via phone. When I threatened that I needed to have the work done, or they refund my money, he delivered the free logo mid-October and some work of website design in their staging area. When I looked, it was worse than what I have in development, and I requested my money back. I was told by Zane that someone in their compliance team would reach out to me the following day. That someone never reached out until I followed up 3 days after. He called and said my money would be refunded, and to date, I have not received my money. 

I tried getting my money back through PayPal, and it was declined as they showed PayPal my current site because "under development" wasn't turned on, and whoever worked on the case from PayPal wasn't smart enough to realize that you should be able to make a purchase from a claimed completed website as deliverable. Logovent needs to refund my money. The work is in their staging development area, and when I saw it, it was poor work, and they were wasting my time. I told them to show meaningful progress, or we call it quits. And when meaningful progress wasn't shown, I asked for a refund of my money

How did Logo Vent perform from a project management standpoint?

Logo Vent didn't deliver any items. The project manager knew next to nothing about what needed to be done. The two weeks turned into two months with no deliverables other than the free logo. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

There was nothing impressive about working with Logo Vent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could simply say they're incompetent.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for the Web designer in my Area using google search engine. After reviewing some proposals, I have chosen this vendor because of their affordable prices and personable team.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss my goals, once I chose, they finalized the design and provided feed back. After finalizing the site design, they produced several illustrations and graphics.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I just got interacted with only two persons and my work was done! The second person was the project manager!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their documentation was very through and overall look was very user-friendly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided me frequent updates.

Their affordable prices and personable team were impressive.
