We knew our website needed a huge upgrade, after doing some extensive research we chose to go with Locus Digital. Their level of professionalism and assistance during the engagement was great. They have been amazing as to getting the design we had envisioned, and also after our launch they have been very helpful assisting with any changes that we needed to make.

We now have a great website that showcases our diversified products, our community involvements and many of the other wonderful aspects of our company!

We were in constant communication with their team to keep us on track for specific areas of our site, we had many schedules zoom meetings to make sure our vision was delivered and that we were all on the same page, then many updates via email. We appreciated that the meetings were recorded and sent via email to help keep any tasks on point and help with reminders with anything that escaped the memory!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very knowledgable, even working with an industry that they had never worked with before they were still able to come up with ideas and suggestions to help create the website we envisioned. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Locus Digital could have done differently?

I think the only thing I would say that could be different is possibly a bit of a walk through with them after the launch through zoom to explain a few things, but with recorded videos and emails sent we were able to get all the answers and needs met.

1. Locus presented us with immediate improvements uggestions to our website.
2. They designed a roadmap on improving our entire website.
3. We spoke regularly and they showed us their deisgn and copywriting ideas, and we approved, edited, removed, etc. all aspects.
4. We launched the website and they gave us the tools to update and revise the site as needed. It was very easy.

The website looked very nice and had a good UI, but its speed suffered greatly, and our traffic dropped significantly.

They introduced me to Webflow, and I liked the platform.

They should have been more realistic about the effort involved so they didn't run out of funds before the work was completed.  They could have negotiated an extension to the project instead of leaving it undone and walking away.
