I’m the director of Jacqueline Halstead Designs, an independent artist and project manager.

What challenge were you trying to address with Local SEO Rankings?

I needed help with branding and website work.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Local SEO Rankings did my branding. They helped me do a look book, a card, a postcard, and all of the graphic art for that. The team got my art online in a very attractive way on my website.

They positioned and did the architecture of my site. The team has also been useful in teaching me about the printing process and that sort of thing. They did a little bit of work on my website by putting a link on my page and connecting it to Facebook and Instagram.

What is the team composition?

I work with Ed (Founder).

How did you come to work with Local SEO Rankings?

My neighbor told me about them. I considered some other agencies but they didn’t work out.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2020, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m really happy with Ed. He’s a very knowledgeable and talented artist. He’s not only good at doing the website work, but he’s actually an artist. As an artist, I like to work with artists because they have an eye and a certain kind of style that gives my work a really nice appeal. My brand is well represented by his work.

How did Local SEO Rankings perform from a project management standpoint?

I saw myself as the project manager. I’d give him direction and he does it. He’s fast. He works very efficiently. He gets work done in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive about them?

He gives me what I need in a timely manner. I’m haven’t had to wait a week or two to get my work finished.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind. If he keeps doing what he’s doing, we’ll continue to work together. I think he’s great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

What I like about Ed is he has ideas. He’s very creative and takes direction very well. Be clear in your direction but be willing to understand he’s going to interpret your direction and almost, in a way, read your mind. Be open to his ideas. He has the eye and intuition.
