BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Anil Custom clothing manufactoring. We do create custom t-shirts, Shrits, Jeans and Top on order. We have a large unit of 20000 SF located in Chandigrah.

For what projects/services did your company hire LN Webworks Private Limited, and what were your goals?

We hired them to create an online portal for selling the custom cloths. The goal was to sell directly to customers and increase our sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I got to know about them from a reference from my fast friend. He is having an marketing agency and he told me that the people at LN are the best for creating custom websites.

We did 2 kick off meetings in our factory to explain them our requirements. And we visited their office as well to meet the owner and project lead. They suggested to go with Drupal, As its scalable, secure and best for heavy sites. We have plan to add 1000+ products on our site very soon.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have seen great results, Our sales are increased by 80% and the platform is very easy to use by our non-technical staff. They provided the required guidance for inventory management and order management.

We did weekly meeting with them in their office. They initialy asked for 3 months but it took longer due to changes in the scope of work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication was awesome. They are always available when we call them to share progress or we found any issue with system. They are quite helpful and friendly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At starting we felt they are bit expensive. But after seeing the result we found they are worth considring.
